M\u00e5ske kun overg\u00e5et af kardemommeboller. Jeg koldh\u00e6ver gerne dejen,  det kan man dog sagtens undlade at g\u00f8re. Men det bliver ekstra godt, det lover jeg! Hvis du frav\u00e6lger koldh\u00e6vningen, kan du bare lade dejen h\u00e6ve i en times ved ved stuetemperatur. R\u00f8r det sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tils\u00e6t mel og salt og \u00e6lt dejen i et par minutter p\u00e5 r\u00f8remaskine eller lidt l\u00e6ngere i h\u00e5nden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tils\u00e6t sm\u00f8ret og \u00e6lt dejen f\u00e6rdig i 5-8 minutter. S\u00f8rg for at rulle stramt og omhyggeligt til at starte med. S\u00e5 bliver de p\u00e6ne, og fyldet l\u00f8ber ikke s\u00e5 let ud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luk dejen godt om sig selv og klem den lidt sammen, inden du sk\u00e6rer bollerne ud i 2,5 cm. tykkelse. De skal veje 80 g. stykket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lad dem efterh\u00e6ve i ca. 40 minutter under et kl\u00e6de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensl kanelbollerne med \u00e6g, pisket sammen med lidt koldt vand og drys dem med svensk perlesukker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bag dem p\u00e5 et par bageplader bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir ved 220 grader. Jeg bager dem i ca. 8-10 minutter. Men hold godt \u00f8je! De skal v\u00e6re gyldne, men m\u00e5 endelig ikke f\u00e5 for l\u00e6nge.
